“Army Wives” returns April 11, 2010!

“Army Wives” returns for it’s fourth season (18 episodes) on April 11, 2010!

The most successful series in Lifetime’s 25-year history, Army Wives’ remarkable third season was the highest-rated season in the series’ history among Total Viewers, Adults 18+ and Women 25-34 and the most watched season in its history among Women 25-34. In addition, Army Wives has been the highest-rated original drama on ad-supported cable among Women 18-49 for two consecutive years.

“Next season of Army Wives promises to be one of its best ever and we are very excited to bring it back to Lifetime’s viewers in April,” said JoAnn Alfano, Executive Vice President, Entertainment, of Lifetime Networks. “Scheduling Army Wives’ return for the spring falls in line with our strategy to provide our audience with a steady stream of original programming year-round.”

Army Wives follows the struggles, dreams and friendships of a diverse group of women – and one man – living with their spouses and families on an active army post. The series films in Charleston, South Carolina and stars Kim Delaney, Sally Pressman, Brigid Brannagh, Brian McNamara, Sterling K. Brown, Wendy Davis, Drew Fuller, Terry Serpico, Katelyn Pippy and Catherine Bell.

Exclusive message from Drew!

To the faithful ones…

I apologize profusely for not posting anything, in what probably seems like forever….truth be told, it has been. But look on the bright side, I’m rectifying that right now! In an age of twitter and facebook, where people get up to the second info on various goings on, I just haven’t really been able to embrace the whole thing. I’m just not sure that any one person is that interesting, and the real question is, does anyone really care that I’m at the dog park? Or the car wash? Dry cleaners? Beach? The things I am interested in talking about, like music, art, travel, a good book or an amazing meal seem indulgent… so this is me writing to say thanks for standing by me, through everything.

It is roughly one in the morning, and I’m just off the plane back in Charleston, SC, gearing up to have a go at season 4 of AW. I cant believe it has been on for that long. It seems like yesterday when I was here shooting the pilot episode. This season promises to be full of surprises, even for me. I honestly have no idea what’s in store for Trevor in the coming year. It feels odd coming to a place and being around people that are all too familiar but have no idea what direction the ship will head, but that’s part of the fun. I have found that it is in the unknown that I can truly drop all sense of self and just search for honesty.

Five months off was amazing. There were countless trips all around California, from the beaches of La Jolla- to riding motorcycles up Highway One through Carmel into San Francisco, on to Napa and finally ending up in Tahoe. There was Newport, SF, more Newport, Texas, Santa Barbara, Newport and loads of LA. Oh yeah, there was also 6 weeks in Utah shooting an amazing movie called “The Kane Files.” I don’t even know where to begin with this film–it came out of nowhere, I read it twice, talked to the director for all of 45 min and the next thing I know, I am saying yes and am on a plane to SLC to shoot a very intense action /drama in which I’m basically in every scene. There was no time for real rehearsals or any sort of proper stunt training (not the ideal situation by any stretch), but I found myself not wanting to pass up this amazing role and great opportunity to be on a film set again.

In an age where small, great films are harder to get financed and seen by the public, I am a firm believer that one should jump at the opportunity if the right script or role presents itself, regardless of the money, etc. And this was one of the opportunities. My character, Scott Kane is a former black-ops military and hitman, who gets thrown into a situation where his son is in desperate need of a transplant and he has to have money in place in order for it to happen. But in order to secure the money, Scott is blackmailed into taking one final job. Lets just say from there, it becomes a non-stop race against the clock to save his family and himself. It was such a grueling schedule, working mostly nights in the late fall, early winter in and around SLC. But the cast was outstanding. Whitney Able, Ethan Embry, Bill Atherton, Bill Devane, Jackie Jandrell and Pal Rae (:) rounded out the cast. Such an amazing group of talent and inspiration. Honestly I would have fallen apart if it weren’t for them.

So thats a little insight into my world as of late. Never a dull moment and constantly trying to be around people and places that I love and find inspiring.

Why Not? It’s been my inspiration as of late…
