14 Crushes For 2004: Drew Fuller
Source: Alloy.com
Date: February 14, 2004

Special Feature: Drew Fuller is but one of our 14 favorite crushes for 2004. Check out the rest of the roster now!

This Valentine's Day, we know you'll be crushing on hot stars that made it big in 2003 like Pirates of the Caribbean's Orlando Bloom and The O.C.'s Adam Brody. But by next Feb. 14, we're positive you'll be sweatin' the performances of these fourteen foxy guys. Have a look -- but hold on to your heart! -- By Saryn Chorney, Sara Lieberman, and Marci Perilo.

1. Eddie Cahill
Aside from being a Miracle man in the recent film about the 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team, this hottie has some impressive Friends, too. (You knew he looked familiar, right?) This 25-year-old cutie had a season-long stint on NBC's hottest show back in 2000 as Rachel's assistant, Tag Jones. In the four years since, Eddie's been cozying up to his longtime girlfriend, and oh yeah, winning gold medals (well, sorta). We hope he'll continue to win our hearts in more movies and TV shows to come! -- Sara

2. Daniel Letterle
As the charismatic (if not caddish) camp cutie Vlad, Daniel Letterle nearly stole the show from his formidable co-stars in last summer's sleeper hit Camp. As the one straight boy in a performing arts program, Daniel broke hearts left and right onscreen and off. Not to mention his sigh-inducing, guitar-strumming rendition of "Wild Horses." He also just so happens to be the spitting image of my high school boyfriend. (Sniff, sniff.) --Saryn

3. Jonathan Bennett
Josh Duhamel isn't the only actor to leave All My Children and hit the ground running. Jonathan, who could pass for Josh's younger brother, is the latest soap-to-movies crossover we're thrilled to see on the big screen. This April, you'll be drooling over his gorgeous smile and comic timing in the upcoming Saturday Night Live-produced movie Mean Girls with Lindsay Lohan. -- Marci

4. Jamie Cullum
Jamie Cullum's debut album, which comes out in March, may prove that this jazz hollerin' hipster really could be "Sinatra in sneakers," as he's recently been dubbed. The 23-year-old's Radiohead and Jimi Hendrix covers are pitch-perfect pieces of jazz-pop. But his original songs, many inspired and written by his older brother, Ben, are really what make this cool Brit so distinctive. -- SL

5. John Cho
Born in South Korea and raised in Los Angeles, John Cho is more than just an actor: He's a musician and and literature buff. But we won't blame you if you like him just because he's hot. You may have seen him in Better Luck Tomorrow or American Wedding. But if you missed him in those two flicks, make a promise to go see his hilarious upcoming movies Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle and See This Movie. No, really -- see this movie! --MP

6. Emile Hirsch
This cutie first caught our eye when he co-starred opposite Keiran Culkin, Jena Malone, and Jodie Foster in the indie flick The Dangerous Lives of Alter Boys. We might've been cradle robbing a bit when we named him Your Next Crush nearly two years ago (check it out!), but he quickly blossomed into a full-blown hottie! In the coming year, Emile will play opposite 24 sweetheart Elisha Cuthburt in Girl Next Door, as well as Michelle Williams in Imaginary Heroes. Do we detect a thing for blonde TV babes? -- SC

7. Michael Pitt
Those who saw the sexy, controversial flick The Dreamers may think they've already seen a lot of its star, Michael Pitt, who bares it all as Matthew, an American in Paris. But this Leonardo DiCaprio look-alike is about to appear in four upcoming flicks, including M. Night Shamaylans' The Village with Joaquin Pheonix and The Heart is Deceitful Above All Things with Asia Argento. Forget his tush, now you'll really see his talent. -- SL

8. Drew Fuller
As if gorgeous blue eyes and shaggy brown hair weren't enough, Drew also has magical powers! OK, not really. Only his character on Charmed, Chris, has the magical powers -- but that doesn't mean he can't put a spell on you! The adorable 23-year-old is a relative newcomer to Hollywood, but with his many charms, he's sure to be around for a while. -- MP

9. Riley Smith
For some odd reason, this 6-foot tall, blonde-haired, green-eyed former Tommy Hilfiger model has become accustomed to playing freaks. Riley not only appeared on the TV show Freaks and Geeks, but then showed up in the flick Eight Legged Freaks and -- get this -- played Les, the "Beautiful Weirdo" in Not Another Teen Movie. Luckily, Fox recently cast him as Kyle Singer, a hipster-type, on the Golden Globe winning show 24. He was last seen in Radio with Cuba Gooding Jr., and is teaming up with The Olsen Twins in their feature film debut, New York Minute. We're counting the seconds. -- SL

10. Ian Somerhalder
You may remember him from TV's Young Americans (with breakout starlet Kate Bosworth), or as the sexually-confused college student with the hots for James Van Der Beek in The Rules of Attraction. Either way, this blue-eyed dream boy is about to hit it big. You'll soon see him alongside Eric Balfour and Rachael Leigh Cook in the TV version of the best-selling Francine Pascal book series Fearless. We're afraid we're in love. -- SC

11. Joseph Gordon-Levitt
Way back when, a 15-year-old cutie caught our eye in TV's 3rd Rock from the Sun. Three years later, a more mature man stole our hearts in 10 Things I Hate About You opposite Julia Stiles. Nowadays, 23-year-old Joey (as his friends call him) is attending Columbia University and working on tons of new flicks including, Mysterious Skin with Michelle Trachtenberg, Havoc with Anne Hathaway and Mike Vogel, and Brick with Meagan Good. He really is a man of all seasons. -- SL

12. Pawel Szadja
This Polish cutie caught our eye in the sentimental Diane Lane melodrama Under the Tuscan Sun. As Pawel, a young worker hired to tend the leading lady's home, our hearts skipped two beats when he finally managed to woo his Italian GF and her family. Why are foreign guys always so irresistible? Plus, check out those beautiful baby blues. Sigh. -- SC

13. Ben Jelen
The pretty boys of music used to be those guys who dressed identically and danced to bubblegum pop. Thank goodness Ben Jelen came along to change that. He's floored listeners with his first single "Come On," combining intense piano skills and sensitive lyrics. Ben's amazing album Give It All Away drops on March 30th. -- MP

14. Kieran
Could Kieran be any more delicious? We think not. Not only is he super cute, he also wrote 11 out of the 12 songs appearing on his upcoming, self-titled debut album. This 20-year-old from Brooklyn is about to take the R&B scene by storm, and we say, let it rain! Listen up for his first single "R U Awake?" -- MP
