Below you can read full-length character quotes from Drew's film/TV projects.
Unless otherwise stated, all quotes have been transcribed by me. I allow people
to use my quotes on their own site, but there are some rules for their usage:
I don't mind a person taking a few quotes to use on their page without crediting
me, but it would be nice. What I don't want to see is someone taking every single
quote to put on their site even if they are crediting me. Thanks and enjoy all
the quotes!
Army Wives | Episode 1x5 | Independence Day
Transcribed By: Kim [dlrgrl1]
*(Music playing in background) Trevor is holding a submarine he just built.
He puts it down and puts his hands over his mouth as he looks at the calender
the kids drew showing 4 days till he deploys*
*Roxy is lying in bed looking up at ceiling with a worried look on her face.
Trevor walks in and lies down beside her*
Trevor: They're awake.
Roxy: I was just thinking... (*Trevor brushes hair out of Roxy's eyes and touches
her face gently*)
Trevor: Don't worry Rox.
Roxy: Let me look at you... (*She faces Trevor and they hold hands*)... (*whispers*)...
Are you gonna be the same man when you come back?
Trevor: (*shaking his head yes*)... I will be...(*Trevor touches his forehead
to hers and rubs her nose with his*)
Finn: (*Screaming*)... Ahhhhhh... it's hurting my face.
Roxy: T.J...what did you do? (she tries to pull on white beard that is glued
to Finn's chin*)
T.J: I was helping..
Roxy: How were you helping? (*Trevor walks in*)
Trevor: What is this? (*holding a tube of superglue*)
Roxy: T.J... modeling glue is for models, not for little brothers. Not funny
(*she looks at Trevor who is smiling. His face gets serious*)...What do we do,
do we take him to the emergency room?
Trevor: Uh... alright. Hold on, hold on... (*leaves the room.*)
Roxy: Let me see... (*she tries pulling it off*)
Finn: Oww!
Roxy: What are you doing? It's two days before July 4th, why are you even wearing
your costume?
Finn: Because I needed to rehearse.
Roxy: Well now you've got a beard.
*Trevor walks in carrying nail polish remover*
Trevor: Alright... (*unscrews cap*)
Roxy: What is that, nail polish remover?
Trevor: Don't ask.
Roxy: I've got 500 errands to do. I'm gonna be so late for work.
Trevor: Babe... I've got it, go.
Roxy: Are you sure?
Trevor: Go. G-O... alright... (*grabs Finn's face*) Come here. See how crazy
you make your mom? How's it feel?
Finn: Good.
Trevor: You sure? (*Roxy is standing in doorway with smile on her face watching.*)...
Ok, 1-2-3..(*rips beard off*)
Finn: Oww!
Trevor: How many times have you been deployed overseas?
Chase: Three times, one lasted a year and a half in Kuwait. It was the hardest.
So, when are you off?
Trevor: Three days... Iraq.
*Cuts away to Pamela and Roxy, then back to Trevor and Chase*
Trevor: So do you have any advice for me...
Chase: My first deployment, I didn't know what to expect. There was a Major
in my unit, a married guy that had been on a lot of tours. He told me not to
contact my family. He said the less I talk to them, the less I would miss them.
It would make it easier for me to get through. I called home only 4-5 times
in 6 months. My son was 2 weeks old when I learned he was born. But the Major
was right, it did make it easier. For me...
Trevor: (*leans back, sighs, and looks at Roxy*)... 4 or 5 times in 6 months?
I, I mean... I don't think I can do that to Roxy.
Chase: You're asking my advice right? (*Trevor shakes head yes*)...Well here
it is, you call her every minute you can. I hurt Pamela a lot. Don't hurt your
girl.
*Chase looks over at Pamela and smiles*
Trevor: Hey Sgt. Pularski...
*Sgt. Pularski walks up with his wife Marilyn*
Sgt. Pularski: LeBlanc.
Trevor: You finally get to meet my girl. This is my wife Roxy. Roxy... Sgt.
Pularski, one of the guys I am deploying with.
Roxy: Hi Sgt. You have to promise to keep an eye on my man here. (*they all
smile*)
Trevor: Is this your wife?
Sgt. Pularski: Yeah, sorry... this is the wife. Marilyn.
Marilyn: Hi.
Trevor: Hi, I'm Trevor LeBlanc.
Roxy: Yeah, I know Marilyn... we're friends. The pageant is about to start...
ya'll wanna sit at our table?
Marilyn: Thanks.
*During Denise's speech at the end, Trevor and Roxy are shown at a military
funeral*
